Return & Exchange Policy

Each item in my shop is made with care, intention, and lots of love. Because of the nature of handmade goods, please review the policy below before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Quilts

All quilts are made to order and final sale.
I do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order quilts.

Quilt Kits

Quilt kits are eligible for exchange only.
If you’d like to exchange a kit, you must:

-Contact me within 7 days of delivery

-Ship the kit back in unused, uncut and original condition

-Cover return shipping costs

Once the returned kit is received and inspected, I’ll issue an exchange or store credit (original shipping costs are non-refundable).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can make it right.
